Meet The Band ....

      PETE

Meet Bud, Ben and Pete

Bud and The Bullet
PETE   HANCOCK
Drummer, multi-instrumentalist & really nice bloke Pete started playing music at 7, playing percussion in several school bands & orchestras, finally graduating to the dizzy heights of the Bedfordshire County Youth Orchestra, sharing percussion duties with a well known pub landlord character.

After many long hours pounding away alone in his bedroom, Pete joined his first proper band "The Couch Potatoes" who would go on record an EP, and play many gigs including their own headline slot at The Angel in Bedford.

The early nineties saw Pete joining emerging britpop / indie band "Numb" where he first met a young guitarist named Bud Rogers. Along with keyboard supremo Adam Wakeman, Numb would go on to record five albums, tour extensively, and support an impressive array of bands including Shed 7 and the Dandy Warhols

The early noughties witnessed the demise of britpop, and the formation of 10 piece soul band "Blue Train" marking Bud & Pete's first meeting with young bass player Ben Swidenbank, and forming the "dream team" rhythm section trio still around to this day.

2005 saw Bud, Ben & Pete backing solo artist Joseph Swidenbank on a lengthy national tour to promote his first album "Roads". The quartet would go on to write, record & release the album "Scattered" together.

Following a chance meeting with Pop Stars finalist Darren Spragg in early 2008, Bud, Ben & Pete joined forces with Darren to form the Blue Renegades - now one of the UK's most sought after function bands.
